Position: Work From Home Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from Humana members regarding their health insurance benefits
- Assist members with claims and billing inquiries
- Provide guidance on healthcare providers and services covered by their insurance plan
- Educate members on wellness programs and resources available to them
- Document member interactions and update their information in our system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
